Why can't upload the bank in slip after submit the information?

Good day and thanks for choosing our products, the issue you faced may because several reasons, such as:-
Reason 1 : During the purchase process, you didn't login or continue as a member, so you can’t track back the order.
Solution  : If this issue occur, you can send the bank in slip through email or Whatapps to us, then our customer service will contact you if any actions were taken.

Reason 2 : It may because you haven't confirm the order.
Solution  : Please check the email you had provided, if you never receive any email from Newstore, it mean the purchase haven't made.

Reason 3 : Unknown reason
Solution   : If any unknown issues occur, please contact us immediately, our customer service will help you to identify the issue as fast as possible.
